Tractor and bus spawns

The other day I found a tracter on a hill South-West of Solnichniy, It was near a radio mast. I have seen it there three times before so I was wondering is this a proper spawn for the tractor or is it someone elses?

I also found a bus in the middle of the road with spawn loot inside it, so does anyone know if it spawned there?

The buses location.. The coords are for somewhere near pobeda dam as that is where I was at the time of the screenshot.
