My guy is currently on auto run, side ways, when i override this, eg by telling him to walk, he stops, and when im not holding movement keys, he runs, any fix?

Sometimes your character will do that upon log in or something. Don't press anything just to see what way he runs then press that direction and let the button go. Your character should stop.
