Date/Time: June 11th 2012, Approximatley 6:15pm

What happened: Entering a lootable structure in Bor I could not walk into the door way so I hit the "V" key and as I stepped up I broke a bone, lost all my blood and instantly died.

Where you were: Bor

What you were doing: Entering lootable structure

*Timeline of events before/after error: Crept down hill rounded the house to aviod a zombie and moved to enter the structure as posted above
