Just a public service announcement,

The admins on this server ban bandits, people who shoot at them, and spawn themselves helicopters.

Which is a shame because everybody on the server is hilariously niave and fun to shoot at. But the attitudes of the admins just make it not worth the time since they'll ban people on a whim essentially. Even when you follow server rules
