Server Restarting Question

Hi Guys

Just a Question ,Can anyone tell me is there any difference to a.

1. Server restart manually with the TCadmin

2. Or a Scheduled restart, that you set with the Scheduled restarts program ?

Meaning the way stuff will save

Or this should not matter the same thing as each other

Restarting either way won't do anything. It may roll the server back a min or two. Vehicles however can disappear or respawn back where they were. It happens.
