can't log into any public hives help

last time i played, i was unconcious and a friend tried to drag me but instead clicked another button. i got kicked then havnt been able to play on any public servers i get the error message "This server is running an incorect version of the server side application. You can not play on this server.if you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff." not quite sure what to do. HALP!

It pretty much means you have to update your beta version. Use six launcher or dayz commander to do it easily, or you can just download the beta patch from http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php

i have been using dayz commander, and all is up to date, still cant log in, can log into private hives, just not public

and other people have logged in on my comp and played fine, it seems to be just me that cant play
