Karan the Hatchet Killer on US 2091

My friend and I just died to this guy on the afforementioned server. We were ontop of a mountain and this guy was suddenly infront of me, so I back up. He kills my friend and then I shoot him with 27 M4 bullets and he doesn't die, but blood is spraying from his body the entire time. Then he runs up to me and axes me a few times before I go down. Before this he was moving extremely fast so I couldn't put any extra rounds in him. Anyone else experience this? It seems this server isn't protected, because people were complaining about player 'Amigo' scripting as well, go figure.
