cant move due to in game chat menu message help please!

when i get into a server and play for a few mins my character stops and a message comes up in the middle of the screen as well as in the chat area saying somthing very close to no message for (x) seconds and the seconds keep rising. it stops my player moving and looking around, all i can do it press escape and abort or go into my gear but i cant do anything with the stuff i have. can anyone help me sort this out or tell me what is causeing it? thanks :)

I believe this means that your game client has lost communication with the server.

thanks for the info :) do u know how this can be fixed or if it can be fixed? it happens every time i have joined a server you see. thanks again for telling me what it is.
