Arma confusion

Hey guys, really looking forward to playing this mod, but one question:

I've got the steam version of Arma 2, without arrowhead. If I bought arrowhead alone on steam would i be able to play? Or do I need to get the combined operations pack ($10 more on steam) to play? I'm just trying to save 10 bucks if I can, but I figured I'd check before i spend the money.

You can buy Operation Arrowhead, and when you download it you can right click it and select "Launch Combined Operations". So yes, you can launch CO if you have both games.
