Refueling a jerry can help

I have 2 jerry cans in my inventory, watch a video where a guy just walked to can and looked like scrolled mouse wheel to fill. I have walked all over this tank, long brown one, in novy sobor, and cant see a way to access it. Am I missing something?

They're full when you find them. It says 'empty jerry can' if they have to be refilled.

If they are empty then are you sure you're at the right kind of fuel tanker?

I don't believe you're at the correct tank to fill jerrycans. The only ones I've ever seen being able to be refilled are the ones that are white/metal with a yellow stripe.

Also, make sure your jerrycans are not already full. :P

Yeah. Just keep trying different parts of the car, you'll find it eventually, lol.
