Ocean spawning

Is there actually a way to fix this? Can someone spawn me onto the land again, I have rare stuff? D:

The recent patch was supposed to make it so that if you get a debug forrest / ocean spawn, you just log out and then back in to be respawned on a beach with all your gear. Have you logged back into the game since you spawned in the ocean?
