Alternate communication system.

It would be nice if people without microphones could still use kind of "voice chat"

- player enters text and Microsoft Sam (or other voice synthesizer) reads it so others can hear it.

- the voice is like direct chat (area wher it can be heard and that stuff).

- player can choose:

whisper (1 meter radius)

normal speech (5 to 10 meters)

yell/shout (30 meters)

I think it would be good alternative for players with no mic's.

Please tell me what do you think about it, is it possible to make thing like that work?
