I think a simple solution to people combat logging or alt +f4'ing is to initiate a 10 second pause before the character disappears from the server. Even if they alt+f4 their person will remain on the server for a brief moment of time so a killing blow may be initiated on the scumbag.

It would also prevent people from disconnecting just to lose zombies. Which is severely cowardly..

You're only the 400th person to post this idea. They're not planning on doing much about alt f4 until the stand alone. So get used to people doing it.
