Looking for a host.

Mainly a host that offers a central server, either Kansas City or Dallas. I think I might want to get a 50 or more slot server. Best I've seen is $45 for 70 slots. I'm defiantly willing to go higher if the price is right.

I would like to be able to(if possible, if not I'll still buy):

Set up a private hive?

adjust vehicle spawns?

adjust starter items?

Enable side chat? This ones kind of important to me because I think it enhances the community part of DayZ.
