Debug Monitor disappears, Can't perform any actions, Can't find any fixes

So the past few days I have been dealing with the most annoying bug I have come across since playing this game. After about a minute of play time after joining a server my Debug Monitor disappears. This prevents me from being able to eat, drink, combine ammo, put on clothing, picking up vehicle parts, performing any medical actions, and sometimes prevent me from accessing vehicles.

I've seen only a few threads about this issue and none of them have had much attention, nor has anyone figured out a fix.

I've verified cache, reinstalled, updated everything, and still nothing. It just came out of nowhere a few days ago and the only brief fix is to relog which sometimes on high pop servers is painful to wait for and it only fixes it for a minute so I have to do it near whatever I need to access and do it quickly before my debug monitor disappears again.

Does anyone else have this problem and could it please be looked in to? Having to relog every 20 or so minutes and waiting 5+ minutes to get back in to the game is rough.
