Mature Player Looking for Mature Clan

I have been enjoying the game, but I want to start rolling with some groups. I currently enjoy LMG's and Sniper weapons and prefer the Overwatch roles in groups. I am a mature player (35) that plays in the US evening hours (7-10pm EST) and alot on the weekends. I so far have avoided killing people, and I think that I would rather not join a bandit sniper group. I don't mind combat at all, but sitting and sniping people from the top of Cherno hill just because you can isn't exactly my idea of fun.
