So... first time i give some ideas.

1º There should be a small % of getting infected when drinking from a lake. Solution? Antibiotics

2º People should start with only 1 bandage and 1 painkilers ( no backpack). Why? -> Sometimes i go to the shop and i found a smaller bag than the Patrol.

3º Make Guns and backpacks rare... we can find a Alice backpack in the shop and its very often. it should be very rare. And guns? Whell many guns should be realy realy hard to find such as AS50, L85 & others. 1 in 1000 to find one of those.

4º Like some natives... use Poison arrows to kill. Players with a ToolBox and Entrenching tool sshould be able to modify ammo. making other players dieing slowly by the poison ( We could find jars of poison in barns) (rare to find). Solution? Antibiotics.

There are some ideas, some people wont like it, some will, they are just suggestions.
