s4pphire 45 Posted August 31, 2012 (edited) you simply dont see my point... ok i have another for you:Arma2- OS with a firewall that has an opened port - scripting. instead of closing it you ask to install antivirus that blocks all traffic that goes trough this port.I won't even bother explaining this in detail, if you bothered to read before feeling the need to comment, you'd know what I said.So until you actually read the thread, stop putting words in my mouth by saying 'instead'. I never said this is THE solution and I never said this should be done INSTEAD. I merely claimed this is a rather simple thing to implement that would REDUCE the problem. Dev (DayZ) 113 Posted September 11, 2012 (edited) Unfortunately IP/Hardware/MAC bans are all pretty easily circumvented. You are assuming all the stupid kids who use the scripts would have any idea how to get around it. Most would not even know what it means. Edited September 11, 2012 by Dev
