restarting server question

If I restart the server will all Cars and camp tents go away? Is there something I need to fix for everything to save in place?

It depends on what objectIDs they have. I'm assuming you have a new server so the IDs will be high and therefore, broken. Currently there is no way to fix this since its a bug in the hive dll (although i do have a theory that you could inject something into the server to correct the problem in the dll, but best not try else i may be banned).

You'll just have to wait for the next patch otherwise when you restart all the objects will revert to their original state.

Nope, you must click "Save Tent/Vehicle ecc." If vehicle is not used from 7 days it will respawn.

I believe in this current DayZ patch that tents will save where you place them but the objects inside wont. However Vehicles won't save at all, it's bad but it's made me find alot more vehicles in other servers seeing as people can't collect and hide them all anymore.
