M4/G17 vs AKM/M9SD

Okay guys and gals,

I was running around last night through elektro doing some experiments with flares and chemlights. I was in a US server and it was night time. I usually try to get into the unpopulated servers so I don't really have that fear of being shot in the back since nobody throws out a warning anymore. So I'm in the church, I had an M4 and a G17 loaded with SD mags and zombies swarming in from a little late night run. I throw a couple of flares down and grab one and run east and north towards the firehouse. I make it right around the outer wall of the firehouse and hear gunfire (which scared the crap out of me because I didn't realize that people were hopping into the server xD) and I fall, legs broken, and get knocked out. Guy executes me and I die :( Respawned in Cherno (go figure) and I perform a Leeroy Jenkins straight to elektro in hopes of getting my stuff back. Constantly checking the playerlist to make sure nobody else is popping in (the guy that killed me left afterwards), Im booking it down the road and make it back to elektro. I find my body (and get all excited) and see that there's an AKM sitting on my back instead of my M4. I'm sitting here thinking to myself, Motherf@(#er, I'm going to get an empty gun. Much to my surprise, the guy put an AKM with 3-4 mags on my person as well as swapping out my G17 for an M9SD with an SD mag. I'll take an M9SD over a glock most days just because I like to play on day servers more than night servers, but I was kinda heartbroken that I lost my combo of guns.

TL;DR, which combo would you rather have?

M4 and M9SD...if I had to pick one of your choices, however, I guess I would go M4 with G17.

Reason being ammo for both is easier to find.

If it is a M4A3, then I would take the M9SD.

If it is a M4A1, then I would take the Glock with the AKM.

I believe I found the M4A1 in a firehouse last night. traded it for my M16A2 that I found in another firehouse. As for ammo, I seem to have the opposite happen to me. Everytime I check the firehouses or airfield, I find beaucoup AKM Mags.

It's so easy to find ammo for the G17 because it uses 3 different kinds of magazines XD.
