Loosing inventory items on reconnect

On reconnect lost all non ammo/gun related inventory items out of inventory, items in backpack saved.

Got disconnected, reconnected, items in main inventory missing ( Water bottle, bandages, food, soda cans)

Details:

Almost every time I disconnect from a server or have session lost, on return I'm missing items from my main inventory.

What I am seeing is that I loose everything outside of my backpack and only items that either are not ammunition, tools or weapons. Soda cans, water bottles, food, bandages etc. all disappear. They are also not in on the ground or sth. This has now happened repeatedly.

Yes I know its an alpha and things are still wonky, but as this has happened repeatedly on different servers I though it might be worthwhile reporting. I reported this beforehand but my reports disappeared somehow.

My guess: You have 1.7 and played on a 1.6 server. That will happen.
