Would you consider this server hopping?

Gentlemen,

I've been in the area of NWAF for almost the entire life of my day 9 character. A habit has formed:

1. Sign in when the urge strikes

2. Do the rounds (all loot spawns at NWAF including the south barracks)

3. Inevitably get bored, go to a tree outside the wall and sign out

4. Rinse and Repeat (probably tomorrow, sometimes within an hour)

I've done this probably 10-12 times now. I will leave when, and only when, I find an M203 launcher for my 6 M203 HE grenades. My favorite weapon. As is, I have a Mk 48 mod 0, gps, 3 grenades, 2 mountain dews, and all the tools except NVG, rangefinder, and entrenching tool. I'm by no means decked out, but I'm in pretty good shape.

My point is that most people probably would have left the NWAF by now, unless they're professional server hoppers or looking for pvp encounters (I've only seen one guy so far, and he was shooting a horde with an AK-74, I watched for a good half hour before he died presumably of a broken leg).

So, am I a server hopper?

PS. if you have an M203 grenade launcher (even the M16A2 M203, I don't need anything fancy) and want a Mk 48 mod 0, let me know. Maybe we can come to an arrangement. I have 300 rounds for it.

I do not think "Living" in an area is hoping. That's your current home is all.

I live on the outskirts of Cherno in the woods. I run in when I need supplies.

Not server hopping :) You should run down and do a loot of the Stary tents as well while you are on, chances of picking up a bike there , plus deerstands and heli wrecks around the area. might liven up the boredom.

We hung out at NW field for a few nights, watched a few come and go, Hitting all along the hangars and the barracks while three of us keep them scoped. One guy we wanted to save as he got busted legs and was swarmed at the two end hangars but we were too worried about revealing ourselves out in the open as there was about 15 other people on the server. Poor bastard.

Our running area is from just East of Novy up to the field and back in a fairly large radius that includes Vyshnoye, Stary, Kabanino, Vybor, Lopatino, NW field and Devils Castle. The rectangle we cover has about 15-16 stands that we hit as well as the heli wrecks plus we invariably encounter a few loners and small groups so it is generally never boring.
