After spawning in the game with no back pack or anything on me, I decided to run into town and die. I then spawned glitched inside a house that isn't enter-able. I was able to see out of the house because it was glitchy, but I wasn't able to leave because I was in the foundation of the house, kind of like 1/2 feet under the road/grass level. The best part about this was zombies were just falling down and dying in one spot next to me. I have no idea where they were spawning from but they just kept falling and dying and were lootable lol.

Eventually I somehow sprung out of the house and continued to play, but that was my first glitch like that.

This happened to me two days ago, as well...but I managed to crawl out. I noted from the land marks that the house it spawned me in was in the proximity of where I had died. I died without being attacked....just simply, left a lake after filling my water bottles.

Hm. Same thing happened to me. When I died, I wasn't attacked either. I spawned in a remote area not even near a town and by the time I loaded in I was dead. There is a million to 1 chance that I spawned next to another player so I think it was just a glitch/bug. When my character created, I was in the house.

Oh and I spawned without a bag or anything on me.
