zombie 1 hit me?

Was in cherno and was looting some ammo when the toen despawned everything was gone so i walk arround in the building i was in. then a zombie hit me once giving me a 20 min hour glass? The zombie hit me and keept on running not eating me but i bleed out from 12k all the way down to 0. Was it a hacker as a zombie? who can you fget an hr glass from a zombie hit? why do i spawn in kamenka or in the ocean?

I feel that this mod is a giant waste of time because you have a rando chance to spawn on an unusable island and lose your starting items. It spawns you in 1/4 spawn points and you have to run x number of miles to get anywhere just to get 1 hit by a zombie or killed by a hacker.

And who ever made the spawn point on an island is a joke and should shoot ur self in the face.
