People will actually give reasoning. Oh, and spell thermal correctly.As for my answer; I couldn't care less. Whether thermal is in the game or not, I'll still kill people and I'll still die. callmesarge 79 Posted August 29, 2012 Yet again, the problem is not the item (thermal, AS50, whatever) but the duping, so the frequency with which it occurs.I am not ashamed to admit I am part of the problem I guess. I never Intentionally duped stuff. I built camps and stored items and weapons though, with a team of dudes. Items i aquired from time raiding military installations and chopper wrecks. Spent hours hunting chopper wrecks. But things we stored In tents are there upon restart. When I died to hackers 5 times in 5 days I said fuck it, and now when I die I re-gear at tents and head out. ZomboWTF 527 Posted August 29, 2012 thermal is pretty broken in arma2, since tree leafes and some other things vanish on great range, just like tall grass cant conceal you from thermal, you will still be a glowing head sticking out despite the grass concealment layerthermal is ok if it were as rare as it is intended to, but with everyone duping the weapons like crazy, i dont see why they should be ingame, you only get shot without an idea from where because everyone has a L85 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
