US 2179 Combat Logger

Hey, my in game name is Sinc,

While playing with my friend (in game name "Fajfar") we were running towards the army spawns in Stary Sober at about 1 AM GMT (probably evening in the server) in US 2179. I got shot at with and eventually killed, but my friend hunted him down and in about thirty seconds found him. While having him in full view, he fired a shot at him, and then the assailant disconnected. I'm not sure what his name was, and I have no idea if he alt-f4'd or just straight up disconnected, but it would be extremely appreciated if the server owner or a mod could find out who this was and punish him so that people will stop doing this. It is completely unfair and cowardly.

If there is nothing against combat logging and using F4, and my friends and I just need to live with it, please tell me nicely. If that were the case I understand that my post might sound whiny. However I really hope there are rules against it

This is "Fajfar". After he killed my friend I searched the surrounding hills and found him. He was using the silence of the roll mechanic to escape so I easily caught him sprinting. From nearly on top of him I fired a shot at him and saw the blood. I was using an Enfield so I had to wait a second for the next shot, and in this split second he disappeared. I don't think he DC because he was moving up until he was gone which makes me sure he alt+f4. If he wanted to make the kill then leave, thats fine, but he only left after I had damaged him.

Sounds like you got attacked by a little bitch!!! sorry for people who D/C I just die and start over again becasue this is DAYZ!!!!! (plus people always seem to get me in the head alot >.<)

It's not against the rules UNLESS it states in the server "No combat logging" in which case you should report the player to the server admin.

The community is heavily against combat logging and if you do it you're shunned upon.

Other than that there is nothing you can do sadly to say.
