Should I look into joining a bandit clan?

Hey guys, I've been rolling solo in DayZ for quite a while since my friends quit. It's getting tricky playing this game solo. I was starting to think, what if I look into bandit clans (I am a bandit) on the forums? Are they trustworthy? Or will they just shoot me the second I meet with them and steal my stuff. Any input on what I should do would be greatly appreciated!

Not often i've heard a bandit clan backstabbing a recruit tho'

so i dont think you should be too worried tbh ;)

- I've trusted every clan or player which i've talked to on this forum.. (Only one tried to backstab me, and it ended badly for him)

Probably not the right forum to be asking...

Anyways if you want to sure, although most bandits are douches anyways and clans are almost always worse.

Could always join a survivor group :D
