Yeah ofc, it can be a bit frustating.. when i play with my friends, we often plan a meeting spot in the map. So lets say we have planned to game like 7 pm tonight, then at 7 everyone is at that meeting point..

and no its not hard to find your way to a meeting point if you have a map and some basic navigation skills :)

and i also play alot alone. and often die while playing alone. so i have to run far to the meeting point, but its part of the game.. for the record i only play with 2 friends, mostly just 1. and we have fixed several vehicles, we use the method i talked about earlier.. with one guy carrying all the medic supplies food, and guns.. and the other the parts we need, while the other protects.. both guys have ofc a primary weapon

Finding a meeting spot isn't hard at all, it's getting there without being sniped, or hacked, or any other number of things that's an issue. For instance earlier, I saw spawning along the coast and my friend was inland a bit, not even far a part, so I go into Elektro as I spawned right beside it, was gonna do a quick run around to grab some morphine and blood bags, hopefully a back pack, spent five minutes at most, being stealthy ( I'm not a complete tard just because I bitch about a 'free' game. ) but I end up getting sniped. So I respawn at Solinchay, which is when I found that vehicle, by that point my room mate wasn't exactly sure where he was, and started heading towards me, but I ended up having that other player get in the car and didn't want to bring my friend into that situation, figured the guy who got in the car would think I was trying to double cross him, or something, so instead we changed our plans to trying to meet up on my other server where I 'thought' I had a saved ural civilian, so I drive up north with the random guy, while my friend is trekking norther. He found a deer stand and promptly broke his leg falling off of it in a random glitch. So now he's down in Kav...

Yeah... Real easy sometimes... Other times not so much...

People didn't buy arma 2 and then had to put up with the glitches because those glitches are in the free mod that's being developed called DayZ. Being Free, the devs don't need to tell you shit.

true, the mods would then realise that the mod is dying and changes are to be made, some obviously take time. Honestly i don't mind, i like just wandering about giving myself new objectives, building random camps here n there, helping people and killing others.. just doesn't seem to end for me!

I'd rather be able to talk about my issues and have them dealt with over quitting and having my absence be what helps improve those things.

Also I realize that QQ posts aren't the best way to talk about it, but as you guys said, they're hard to avoid nowadays. Maybe that in itself is a good thing. Do you guys really disagree with the bulk of what I'm saying? I'm sure you disagree with how I'm saying it, and the level of fanaticism, but that's partially for effect... It get's a dialogue going when it wouldn't otherwise exist. If there are pages and pages of threads like this, it just says that there is a real issue and that it needs to be dealt with.

Honestly though I'm just listing out the things I think are game breaking, I'm not a coder or devoloper or anything so I can't offer advice on how to fix these things directly, but I doubt a very large percent of the 1,150,000 people playing have that technical know how. That's why you see a ton of posts like mine, people are fed up with these things, they don't see any feedback about whether they will get fixed, so they come here complaining. Honestly most of us complaining probably aren't the tards you think we are, most of us are only wasting our time on these forums complaining about a video game because we seriously enjoy the game and think it has amazing potential.

For instance, many people complains about the gfx glitches that dead soldiers make, and sometime wire fences.. and ofc thats good feedback, and if you follow the patch notes, wich i know you are.. from other posts... :D... then you can see that they are trying to fix the problem.. but trying to fix it, can take some times.. cause in games there is usally 100.000's lines of code, if not more.. and to pinpoint a problem can take a while, and even if you find it.. fixing it might cause a whole new can of bugs being opened.. so it can be a time consuming process..
