Ghillie suits

Where is the best place to look for ghillie suits? I understand they are found at heli crash sites, and have seen online maps showing possible locations for these, but I am yet to find one :(

Someone was telling me there is a 'triangle' of the map he searches where it's more likely they will be, buit for the life of me I can't remember where he said!! :(

Ghillie's spawn in residential as well as crashed heli's. Since cherno has the highest number of resturants, i'd say cherno is the best place to find one but theres also the aspect of other players, and graphical gliches.

You cant find those in every residential building basicly. It takes some time but they´re pretty common.

Cherno and Berezino apartments are pretty good.. I see a shitload of them in peoples tents, though.. 10-20+ sometimes..

Ah, thanks, I thought they were only at helicopter crash sites - I will check the apartments and resturants as well, and the tents, I found lot's of tents while going through the forests further north. Not found much in them so far though, apart from a FN FAL - which had no ammunition unfortunately.

Apartments, churches, supermarkets, pretty much any residential area in the 3 big cities. They're fairly common, I usually find one at the start of every life but Cherno was unkind to me last night... u,u

Hopefully I'll find one on a trip to Berezino later on...
