So, i crashed a bus, and i didn't die but i'm stuck in some weird knocked down position, is this normal?

If there is an hourglass and it's slowly draining, that's normal. If you've fallen and can't get up, call life line. IE: Someone to shoot you because you're bugged and will never get back up.

If you're stuck down without an hourglass just log into a different server. It works. Sometimes.
