TheMedic 58 Posted August 28, 2012 (edited) Wait for "Setup Complete" then hit ESC, leaving the menu up the entire time. When fully spawned in game hit "Respawn" as you in a way bypassed the greying out code or something I really don't understand.EDIT: Try D3nty's suggestion first.
