globally banned

Hi, i was playing earlier today when a hacker started blowing up cherno with bombs and stuff, then dropped abunch of supplies to me in a box.i grab a gun and log off. next time i try to join it says ive been globally banned. i love this game and am looking foward to the standalone. anyhelp for me? thanks

Wrong time at wrong place friend. Battleeye launched a secret update and banned all the hackers, you got caught up. You're going to have to use PayPal to buy a new cd key.

Best advice was already given, buy a new CD key. Secondary advice, don't pick up or even go near supply crates that are spawned (that goes for vehicles as well).

battleye happened and banned innocent people before, how are you people 100% CERTAIN that it's not doing it again ? it's not a perfect anti scripting system, errors happens, what if someone actually did get global banned for no reason ? how would he appeal for his ban if no one here believes battleye might make a mistake ? ffs people!
