If these ARE legit.. what would be my next step to help the community? Should I add these to the ban list on my server, or are their other steps to be taken first?

Different people have different opinions on what should be banned. Some people are fine with "friendly" hackers. Of course no one likes the hackers who kill everyone. In my opinion even "friendly" hackers are still hacking and shouldn't be allowed to hack.

As far as adding them to my bans list... do I just throw their GUID in the bans list? I have added the community bans list already, but next to the GUID is -1 W and then a string of numbers letters.

Do I copy/paste the GUID in, and then put -1 next to it? Anything additional to that?

If they spawn ammoboxes just ban them before everybody in your server walks with forbidden weapons and got themselves banned sooner or later.

The ammoboxsmall are indeed allowed.
