Sudden Massive FPS drop in DayZ? ARMA 2 still 70-80fps??

Hey guys been playing perfectly fine last few days (70-80fps) now I logged out last night logged back in and I'm getting like 9fps??? tried 5 different servers now still no joy.

The rolling demo in the menu is 70-80fps, played combines ops is fine also, its really weird why has my FPS suddenly dropped so low in DayZ only? is there some kind of cache file i can clear? or should i just try and reinstall the mod?

My Rig is

Win7 64bit

8gig DDR3 RAM

GTX 670

i5 3570k @ 4.5gig

150gig SSD

Ok I think it turns out its the servers ive been trying, just logged in one now and was runnign normally!

Can anyone else try UK243 37.59.135.98:2382 BCIT and see if you have the same low FPS issue?

This has been an issue since DayZ was released. Servers which are not reset frequently enough will lag like crazy.It is a server side/code issue.

It seems to be worse lately.

Ive been having a hard time finding servers that don't just murder my framerates. Usually I can get 70-100 FPS in Arma2/Dayz but on many servers I see crap like 25-40 FPS or even worse sometimes. It makes finding a server very annoying when there is no way of telling if you'll have playable framerates.
