Waiting for Server Response

What happened:

I sit at "Waiting for Server Response" for 25 minutes, and then I am thrown into the game, only to have 0 items and stuck in the "debug zone". I also notice one player constantly spams commands.

i.e. "(Random #), Fall back/Regroup"

Heading to the Kraznostav Airfield
