How To See At Night For ATI Video Cards (since nVidia just *works*)

yes, I did a horribly quick job, but it let me actually play the game at night

I only have to resort to this on nights when the stars are not visible due to cloud cover, and as such, there is no moon either

I guess nVidia players can just crank up Gamma/Brightness and HDR to Very High,

but as a ATI Radeon 6870 owner, my game is dark, and this is how I fixed it so I can actually see a single damn thing at night

Anyway, thought I'd share
