You can not play/edit this mission

OMG i have been on so many different forums, i have got 1.7.2.5 and file in right spot i have beta up to date and battleye is 1.62 like everything is how it should be but every server i join, you can not paly/edit this mission like wtf what am i doing wrong someone please HELP!

Right. Here's what I'm going to tell you to do, as it's easy to do and fool proof, not saying your dumb or anything.

Download Dayz Commander

Install it and run it.

Once it is open, in the top right corner you should see something that says " Settings " Click that.

In there it should have your Arma 2, Arma 2 : OA and DayZ directory's set up. You want to check the boxes that say " Launch using STEAM " and " Replace original Arma2OA files with BETA so STEAM works "

Click " Done "

Then you want to click the tab that says " Versions " which is at the side of " Settings " in the top right

Click " Update " or " Install " or " Reinstall " on both of the ARMA 2 and DayZ tabs. When done you should see " Arma 2: 96061 " and " DayZ: 1.7.2.5 "

Click " Done "

Now on the left hand side, you want to tick these boxes: " Hide Wrong Arma 2 version " and " Hide Wrong DayZ Version "

Now find a server you wish to play on ( usually one with people is a indicator that the server is working correctly ) and double click it. It will launch ARMA 2 with everything set up and should launch into a ready window with a list of people. Click OK and wait a while and huzzah. Welcome to DayZ.

Should you not wish to use DayZ Commander. Message me and I will talk you how to launch the game properly using STEAM.
