Are dogs active yet or is that just scripters?

Hackers have frequently used script created on a forum that turns players into a German shepherd, I only know this because my friend uses hacks for experimenting and for good, not for thunder-doming and shit. It is most likely that they turn them self or a friend into one and then go and run around, like my mate did to me. They can also turn you into any animal and zombies.

Ok, so I guess I'll be waiting longer for a 'buddy' who can warn me about other players. Come to think of it, in all the game demos for the tracking dog, we've never seen how the dog actually warns you about other players in the area... a feature I consider MUCH more important then tracking if it had to come down to it that way.
