Global Bans?

I see that sometimes people get global bans on servers. Do global bans happen instantly because the person was hacking or does it take a while to go thru and the guy was just in game while it happend?

There are some false negatives at present. Depends on the case. Some scripts will get you an instant ban. Others will get you server banned and you will be banned in the future (kicked for script restriction, admin sends logs to BI, then you get banned).
