Need to know how to tell if this person was cheating.

Sorry if this has been discussed a million times but I tried searching dayz and can't find anything. We just got our server up and running for about 2 days now and we just got our first hacker and I was reading the log files and I saw this. The person was teleporting and shooting nades. Need to know which numbers show location etc etc

I just want to make sure before I ban this person from my clan server and also report them.
