I've found a heli on my server that pretty much needs everything, If anyone has parts or time let me know.

As far as I know currently helicopters despawn to original place after each server restart, and they despawn being fully unrepaired again. So nobody cares to fix them at the moment.

seeing as the last three ive fixed were then kidnapped by hackers... fuck no i dont have time for it anymore

Me and my friends were fixing a chopper for like two hours, started filling if with a fuel and got like 20% tank filled when server restarted. Guess what? Chopper is back to fully broken and we'd have to start all over! To hell with it, I've blown it up with a satchel.

Your helicopters, probably, were not stolen. They despawned in the same same way as ours.
