binaryman010011 8 Posted August 26, 2012 I know tents are kinda bugged atm, but I was just wondering about how they are supposed to work. jetao2008@hotmail.com 175 Posted August 26, 2012 If you pitch the tent in a server, it will only work (be there) in that particular server.Yes, everyone can get items from the tent, and they can also put items inside it (very unlikely).And yes, they are very bugged right now, not saving gear as they should, and if you pack the tent to move it someplace else, that old location will still have a tent after the server restart.PS: if you find a way to save your gear properly let me know. Rakoth 8 Posted August 27, 2012 From what I gather, what's saved is what you put in it and save the first time, IE pitching a tent then putting in two wheels, a lee-enfield, six canteens and a can of beans then saving means every time the server restarts, THAT will be what's in it, even if you add or take away stuff after the fact. If you disassemble the tent and move it, next restart the tent and its contents will be there, too (correct me if I am wrong.)This seems like an easy thing to abuse, now that I think about it.
