Possible hacker on Seattle 37

So this took place on Seattle 37 at around 2:30 today (8.26.2012) (UTC -6 time zone) so just a half hour ago or so.

It started with me and my friend logging in a server (was pitch black on the server) and we were in the factory west of Orlovets and east of Polana.

We were in the bottom floor and pulled out our flashlights(military) and were looking for tasty loot when i went up to the second floor. Upon getting out of the stairwell

I was killed by a massive explosion and heard my friend tell me half the building collapsed and he was bleeding unconsious and jacked up.

(SHOULD PROBABLY MENTION THERE WERE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ON THIS SERVER AT THIS TIME Me My friend and Rootbox)

So I respawn kind of peeved at this mystery splosion that killed me and nearly my friend when i hear footsteps just after spawning. Clicking on my flashlight i see directly in front of me a "US WEAPONS" ammo cache but in it is 50 axes and 16 crowbars. (I spawned just south of Solnichniy)

At this point i know something is up when i hear the footsteps and shut off my light. The steps stop and I flip it on again to see a guy in a guillie suit standing next to the box. Its a guy named "RootBox" the only other player on this server at this time and for awhile has been the only other one.

I know something is up because 2 things. 1 People dont just randomly die of massive explosions that destroy buildings immediatly after joining a server, and 2 if by chance that guy had a rocket launcher (which he didnt) he would have had to book it all the way to the coast and down to find me which it sounded like he teleported cause the footsteps started right next to me.

To end this story he just sat there looking at me, so i looked in his pack pulled the .50 cal out and shot him in the face and took what i hope is not hacked equipment off him (there was no explosives)

Hopeing someone can do something about this. I understand i probably wont get my guillie suit back or anything i collected (his stuff is more than sufficient as compensation) but if this guy is a hacker i would be glad to have him exposed and taken care of.

P.S. I'm sorry but I have no files to submit backing this up but I have a witness to the first half of these events.
