Error On Start Up

Oke I Was Able To Play Yesterday But To Day i Get This Error On Game Start Up.

The Error:

I Got Arma 2 Complete Edition That Includes.

Arma 2 (Up-To-Date)

Arma 2: British Armed Forces (Up-To-Date)

Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead (Last Beta Patch)

Arma 2: Private Military Company (Up-To-Date)

Arma X: Anniversary Edition (Up-To-Date)

Arma: Cold War Assault (Up-To-Date)

Arma: Gold Edition (Up-To-Date)

All As Steam Versions

I Try To Re-Install All Games Now More Then 12 Times Now But No Luck

Also Tried Six Launcher And Dayz Commander And Direct Launch But Nothing Is Working.

System Specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

2x 260GB SSD Samsung RIAD 0

1x 5TB HHD Samsung

2x Nvidea GTX 690 Dual SLI

AMD 8 Core Processor (overclocked to 6 GH,z)

64 GB RAM DDR3

(Yes I Can Play Any Game That I Want (In Dayz I Got a FPS Around The 700 Up To 1500 Depending Where I Am And Zombies And Players)
