I was in front of the skalisty island, and guarded until the helicopter was waiting for his friend. I was in the hands of the AC50 T WS, who gave me one. I saw on a skalisty island in sight survived and began to shoot at him, fired five times but missed. He ran into the interior of the island and from there killed me, on the island there were two. After that, it took several minutes, and I got banned for cheats.

It was me who killed you, after you engaged my friend. Had to swim back to the main island to check your body if you aswell have the weapon and indeed you did. Hence the delay on the ban.

You, AKM_39 , RazeBay_38 and MassKitty have been grouping up Skalisty Island for chopper, and managing it's repairs for a week now - no problems there. There is a few problems however, and I will list them here.

1.

The end-game gear tents that appeared to the Island (3+1 with all the vehicle parts) after your group starting using the island, during a period of 4 hours. How did these tents save anyway since you placed em during 1.7.2.5?

2.

The massive amounts of gear around the tents during the same morning they had appeared (supposedly spawned with scripts)

3.

Three guys of your group running around with AS50 TWS's today, including yourself. The third one out of you with the TWS also combat logged when a guy from our group started unloading on them at the chopper, asuming it was AKM_39 who did logout at that moment.

We've followed you for a quite a few days now and we are sure you aren't legit.

2) my friends and I took away the loot of the tents on the edges of cards

3) and for the fact that I had and still have two of my friends were with AC50 TW

4 tents glitched inside a house at skalisty island with everything you'd need to repair a Huey and huge lootpile with all end game gear appeared in a few hours after server restart - during 1.7.2.5 Hotfix that has disabled tent saving.

So you are saying that you and your friends are able to obtain AS50 TWS (NOT AVAIBLE IN DAYZ) right after your death, legitimately?

Your english is not that good so It's difficult to understand you and therefore you may find it difficult to read english also, So I'm going to try and explain this the best I can.

If you pickup an AS50 TWS off a dead body OR out of a Tent, etc It is not Legit! These weapons are NOT found in the Mod, So it was Scripted into the game by a cheater so Picking one up and using it puts YOU at risk of being banned for Scripting, So if you ever find one, Just leave it there.

Secondly, I have read through the thread and it sounds to me that you or someone in your "group" is a scripter because no one is that "lucky" to able to gear up with those sort of items and have items to repair vehicles right by them..

If you are NOT a scripter than I'd sudgest staying away from your group before they get you into a more serious ban.

The evidence is stacked against you honestly, So just move on. If this was on a Server I owned I'd also would have banned you.

but I have been asked many times on the forum: Is it possible to take the weapon from the corpse is not in DAYZ. I always answer: yes you can

You will not get banned if you do not own it .... SPAWN

That is, any weapon which is not present in the mod I do not have the right to borrow from everything else?
