Reset my HIVE my ID please

hello,

someone told me from #dayz on irc.gamesurge.net that my hive is corrupted and i need to open a ticket to get it resetted!

its as following:

i connect to a server

i reach really fast the "setup complete" screen (normal loadtimes to setup complete screen) but then i stuck for like 10 or more minutes to get into the server

but i end up in the debug field every time i try to enter a server. i tried to kill myself with respawn button. i tried to run to the end of the debugfield (someone told that it is possible) but i dont have any items. i also dont loose any hp or something!

as said, i got this problem since 5 days now and every time i am trying to connect to a server it is the same -> debug field!

Which version of the game did you purchase? RETAIL download version

*Are you running an Arma 2 OA beta patch? If so what version?: 96061/63 latest

*Which method are you using to launch the game? I.E Sixupdater/steam/batch file: DAYZCommander

*What is the Error/Problem you're having? Please provide screenshots if possible: Hive Corrputed / Stuck on "Setup Complete" Screen and end up in debug field

*Your PC specs:

AMD Phenom II X6 1100t

16 GB Ram

AMD Radeon 6900 Series

some Asus board

*Your Operating System:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit SP1

*Have you looked at these threads?:

yes, it tells me "File not found."

i just saw this in another topic:

so i guess i wont get resetted :( bad

well that sucks big time then waste of time posting, dont think ill bother with the stand alone when it comes out, thanks for nothing.

What? i posted that thread before i noticed that quote!

and ofcourse this is bad but its an _alpha_ dude. not even beta. ofcourse you face alot of bugs. that is not what i am complaining about! but i cant fix this myself and unfortunately i have to wait for the next patch :(

It's an Alpha version, but when it makes playing impossible, you really can't hide behind "alpha version".

But anyway, which one just happens to be quicker, resetting every player one by one or make a patch that will fix the problem.
