qeustion, how do i see myself on my map?

Hey,

My previous time on dayZ ive always been able to see myself as an arrowish figure on the map, show what direction im going etc. now that i have logged in again, on my home servr which i always play on, i cannot see myself on the map anymore.

Please help ;p

Its all about the server settings i believe.

They may have changed them.

Don't worry, servers without the "magic map" are much better. As well as your position they also allow snipers to easily get a range and will expose you if you are hiding. If you can find one, a GPS is the way forward.
