Vehicle / Tent save

So on my server lately we got some problem with our vehicles and tents.

We (as admins) only got 1 vehicle (ATV) and it DOES save when ever the server restarts, but when updating (or when the server needs to get shut down in case of hackers)

all the vehicles reset to there original position (spawn place).

Is there any reason why it does this ? Is this from the latest update ?

Server runing:

1.7.2.5 + new hive security update thingy
