weapon glitch/missing folder. help!

Hello all! I created a new character and day z, and ran to a church. All I had on me was a crowbar, but I found a bandit there. I paniced and killed him(as he was afk) and I searched him and he didnt have anything (although I saw him holding an AK) and also, all around the ground are crowbars. a little while ago, the game gave me a notification mentioning something a bout a missing weapon folder. please help!
