Sam_Coley 8 Posted August 26, 2012 Yeah, basically a friend and I were meeting up with another friend in Pusta. We were trailing along the power lines from Cherno, over east to the small town.We head up a mountain, basically north of the peak of the red arrow, at that dam. We notice two survivors in the water, and since we had great gear and didn't want to risk death-- we fired. Both of the survivors died, instantly. The next thing you know, an admin (the man we killed) broadcasts to the whole server saying "Hey people who just killed me and my pal, we have your names since I'm an admin.. prepare to die."We facepalm, as well as giggle. We go to loot their bodies, and we found quite a surprise. 5 tents with hacked in loot. This stuff ranged from G36 silenced w/ camo, AS50 Thermal, the survivor skin, about 50 AS50 mags, multiple night vision goggles.. and much, much more. At first I was super, super excited. I really didn't want to chance taking the loot because I knew it was most likely hacked in, by an admin. Next thing you know, they took the server down. We log back in, only to die by the admin who had hacked back over to the tents. Just because admin were there doesn't mean it was their base though.I don't know if technically they did anything wrong. Maybe using their admin power to see who killed them and then chase you down? We're not sure if it was you or someone else and for your information the server was restarted because most of cherno was leveled we were getting gear from the tents (since its 50/50 on saving stuff.) and had one guy on overwatch that didnt see either of you. and if your going to qoute me do it right. I said if that I had your ID's and you were going to be reported. if your map is correct you came from the west. we got killed from the east. so we assumed it was the hacker that hit cherno. I just let them run all over us and kill people from the community that play on our servers because the admins are hard on hacking and pay attention to whats going. that doesnt make a damn bit of sense. IF you dont have any logs or cant prove it, sorry.. The way the rules are you must let that person continue to hack.I dont like it anymore than you do, but those are the rules. Of course after proper notification is given to everyone online through the global channel...
